Havmand

Track Overview:

1. The Siren (4:22)

Kicking off the album with the enthusiastic stoner riffage. This song has a rawness quality that feels a live studio performance.

2. Kingdom Off Illusion (6:26) standout track

This track is heavy and bluesy. Love the imperfect vocal style, as it adds a grittiness feel to the album.

3. Satan Soul (5:01)

Infectious percussion leads the way with a heavy dose of fuzz. The dd as slight echoed vocals is a nice touch.

4. Demon Slayer (7:46)

A great last tune. This track harnesses tremendous fuzz with great jamming, it almost has a Church of Misery feel.

Album Nuggets

  • It's not often we hear stoner bands from Indonesia. We hope this album will catapult the scene here.

  • Mythology is an album that seems to get better with each passing rotation. The raw fuzz will sink in.

  • For an album laced with heavy riffs, there are a ton of change ups and bits of psychedelia thrown at us.

Brew Pairing

Molten Mirrors by Indiana based 3 Floyds Brewing. This 6.6% Ale has aromas of sour peach and subtle flavors of tropical fruit, pears, and citrus. It has a light body and a slightly sour taste. A great pairing with Mythology.
